   7 After successful L1 and L2 certs, Bdale wanted to try his hand at a full
   8 custom high power aiframe, and chose the
   9 [PerfectFlite](http://www.perfectflite.com/)
  10 [MAWD](http://www.perfectflite.com/catalog/MAWD.html) commercial recording
  11 altimeter to make this a dual deployment system.

  16 * 38mm BSD cardboard motor mount
  17 * [Giant Leap](http://giantleaprocketry.com/) old-style 75mm nose cone
  18 * 1/16 inch G10 fins in a custom shape, with rounded edges, cut from surplus
  19   printed circuit board material.
  20 * 3/8 inch birch plywood centering rings and bulkheads, CNC milled, the two
  21   that hold the fins are notched for perfect fin alignment.
