Create power plane flood for v_lipo.

This routes v_lipo to the ejection charges via the power plane rather
than traces on the bottom of the board.

Also added a larger silk rectangle for the serial number and moved the
'pwr' label over by the power switch

Switch to MS5607 baro sensor. Add flash memory

Start on v2.0 design. This includes an MS5607 baro sensor for improved
range and accuracy along with a 2MB flash memory part for increased
flight log storage.
