Swap continuity_2 and bl_lcd lines

We need a free timer to PWM the backlight, and we cannot use
any alternate function on PA6 as would conflict with SPI1 MISO.

Move bl_lcd to PA1, which is TIM2_CH2.
Move continuity_2 to PA6, as that is a simple GPIO pin.

Use altusmetrum packages/symbols. Fix vendor parts. Switch to CC1200

Remove all of the local packages and symbol files. Change references
to ../altusmetrum.

Swap CC1120 for CC1200, switch xtal to 40MHz to match.

Fix some passives to our usual parts.

Replace two-color LED with three separate LEDs

Color-blind users cannot distinguish between red/yellow/green in a
single LED, so use three separate LEDs to allow them to distinguish by
position instead.

This also changes the color for some LEDs: continuity are green,
remote safety off is red.
