   3 This is a request for quote on raw boards and partial turnkey assembly
   4 of two new products, TeleLCO 1.0 and TeleFire 1.0. We're planning on
   5 running these through 'kickstarter', so we'll set a minimum build
   6 quantity, but the order could end up larger than that. We'd like to
   7 get quotes for 10, 25, 50 for TeleLCO and 20, 50, 100 TeleFire to help
   8 set the pricing in the campaign

  10 Kim, like some of our other products, this one has a notch in one side
  11 to allow a micro USB connector to overhang the board edge.  As a
  12 result, these need to be tab-routed.  We have no discussed optimal
  13 panelization for a board of this geometry before, so please let me
  14 know what a good arrangement would be if we want to build these in
  15 lots of 10 ish.  My latest FreeDFM run resulted in quotes 3956156 for
  16 TeleLCO and 3956159 for TeleFire. We'll want to run these in standard
  17 spec with the cheapest option which I think is 5 days.

  19 Laura, the new BOM is attached, and the XYRS data is in the
  20 telefire.xy and telelco.xy files in the zips.  As usual we will
  21 provide some hard to find parts and want you to turnkey the rest.
  22 We're quite cost sensitive for these, so whatever the cheapest
  23 assembly turn should be fine.
