   1 atlc is primarily a UNIX program. Some Microsoft Windows
   2 binaries have been produced in the past, one of which
   3 was atlc-4.4.4_Win32.zip. However, some problems were
   4 found in atlc with multiple dielectrics. As such I've
   5 removed the windows binaries.

   7 If someone wants to build some, based on the latest
   8 code I'll put them up again, but whilst the code
   9 is not working optimally with multi-dielectrics, it
  10 is not seriously broken as it was before.

  12 The best solution for Windows uses is to use
  13 Cygin, which gives you a Linux environment on a
  14 Windows computer. ATLC should build fine on that,
  15 though I have never tried it.
