   3 Prior to verison 4.5.1, atlc could be configured to use
   4 mutltiple-threads to exploit multi-processors. This has
   5 been disabled, as I have some concerns the code may not
   6 be 100% correct and whilst is it unlikely, the results
   7 could be wrong. It is very unlikely, but its a chance
   8 I don't want to take, so multi-threaded support has
   9 been disabled. A new algorithm has been worked out -
  10 it just needs to be coded. Howfully this will be done
  11 by early Feburary 2004 at the latest.
