resequence ADC inputs to put highest rep rates on lowest numbered inputs

re-arrange pins to route both e-match sense lines to ADC inputs

changes in schematic inspired by PSAS design review.  pull-downs on firing
lines, connecting self-test pin on the accelerometer, tweaking voltage
dividers to make better use of ADC 3.3V input range, etc

the MN5010HS needs more current than we can provide regulated, but can take
3.25 to 5.5 volts, so feed it directly from our LiPo battery

change serial port to a 4-pin connector with 3.3VDC on fourth pin, to allow
possible integration of SparkFun MN5010HS GPS board
