Merged in the two changes from 'nextcut' branch necessary to make a v0.1
board actually work.  Changing schematic version to 0.1.1 to reflect that
this includes rework on v0.1 PCB, not v0.2.

This now represents what we're actually flying.  v0.1 PCB artwork and a
schematic that includes the two cuts and jumps for the memory chip select
fix and the two additional resistors for the igniter sense circuit.

fix for igniter continuity sense, requires adding a resistor from each sense
line to ground to establish a voltage divider so that we don't overdrive the
ADC inputs.  values chosen to allow up to 15V pyro battery.

We need to be able to control the chip select input on the SPI EEPROM part.
To free up a gpio for this, we lose the ability to put the accel into self
