We need to be able to control the chip select input on the SPI EEPROM part.
To free up a gpio for this, we lose the ability to put the accel into self
test mode.  Change made to schematic only, title block updated for v0.2

the MN5010HS needs more current than we can provide regulated, but can take
3.25 to 5.5 volts, so feed it directly from our LiPo battery

change serial port to a 4-pin connector with 3.3VDC on fourth pin, to allow
possible integration of SparkFun MN5010HS GPS board
