fix Makefile to use current layer names when creating zip

improve copper, particularly inner planes

improve silk, particularly by hiding all refdes

move radio interrupt line to a pin on the AVR that can use it

add missing symbol

clone fixes around cc1120 from megametrum to here

we don't need this symbol and the master copy has changed
