+Turn-On Log for TeleMetrum boards

+- First production run received from Advanced Circuits, 54 units of v1.0.
+
+ To be complete, each board needs:
+
+ - add GPS patch antenna
+ - add customer choice of pyro connector
+ - remove C38 (wrong value, optional)
+ - replace C36 with 1uF (better value)
+

+ persistent crc error problems communicating over UHF link
+

+ solder bridge across C3, caused USB enumeration failure. removed the
+ short and it works ok.

+- Summary Thoughts:
+ I really don't understand the missing J9 connectors. The empty
+ parts baggie that was in the package of stuff sent to me says 56
+ were purchased, and we only have 54 boards. Where'd they go? And
+ can someone explain how a big red connector that's so visually
+ obvious could be missed in QA?
+
+ The one solder bridge and one damaged 0402 resistor found so far
+ may just be par for the course at this price/service level?
+
