first cut at schematic more or less complete

a few more component changes, initial (worthless) pcb file

move to micro USB, add my favorite push button power switch, etc

add datasheets to git repo, even though most of them may go away eventually

initial cut at stripping schematic down .. forget pcb layout for a while

initialize project with a copy of telemetrum v1.1
