Clean up ground plane, flip debug connector, move passives away from holes

First, moved various voltage divider resistors away from the mounting
holes to keep them from getting bashed.

Next, shuffled wiring around to improve ground connectivity

Last, flipped the debug connector over so that pin 1 was ground
instead of pin 6.
