Provide option to use tall beeper with smaller footprint

The smaller footprint uses (oddly) less space on the board, making it
work better for TeleMini. There's no reason to use the short beeper
though; they fit the same holes, and the screw terminals on telemini
are already taller than even the tall beeper.
