Modified Sky Torpedo on an F24W-7 at Hudson Ranch.  Used a twiggy
igniter from QuickBurst due to previous copperhead issues.  Chuffed
like crazy before flying.  Flight looked good except chute never
fully deployed.  Came in fairly hard, broke off two fins and
cracked paint on airframe tube.  Carried an Altimeter Two prototype
for Tim.
