Candy Cane on L990BS at NSL 2013 with Tmega 84

Tmega GPS tracked apogee well, height was off by about 200m.

MS5607 reported significantly pressure increase during motor burn.

1.5g BP both ends. Apogee acceleration (75g) suggests that a smaller
charge may work fine.
