   4         TeleGPS is programmed directly over its USB connectors.

   6         You may wish to begin by ensuring you have current firmware images.
   7         These are distributed as part of the TeleGPS software bundle that
   8         also includes the TeleGPS ground station program.  Newer ground
   9         station versions typically work fine with older firmware versions,
  10         so you don't need to update your devices just to try out new
  11         software features.  You can always download the most recent
  12         version from http://www.altusmetrum.org/AltOS/

  16                 . Attach a battery and power switch to the target
  17                   device. Power up the device.

  19                 . Using a Micro USB cable, connect the target device to
  20                   your computer's USB socket.

  22                 . Run TeleGPS, and select 'Flash Device' from the
  23                   Device menu.

  25                 . Select the target device in the Device Selection
  26                   dialog.

  28                 . Select the image you want to flash to the device,
  29                   which should have a name in the form
  30                   <product>-v<product-version>-<software-version>.ihx,
  31                   such as TeleGPS-v1.0-1.4.0.ihx.

  33                 . Make sure the configuration parameters are reasonable
  34                   looking. If the serial number and/or RF configuration
  35                   values aren't right, you'll need to change them.

  37                 . Hit the 'OK' button and the software should proceed
  38                   to flash the device with new firmware, showing a
  39                   progress bar.

  42                   'Configure Device item to check over the
  43                   configuration.
