* Makefile.am (gzip_SOURCES): Remove crypt.c
(EXTRA_DIST): Remove crypt.h
* crypt.c, crypt.h: Remove files.
* unpack.c: Don't #include "crypt.h"
* zip.c: Likewise
* util.c: Likewise.
* unzip.c: Likewise.
