Relabel nets to match RN4678

This doesn't change the circuit at all (note that the PCB copper is
unchanged), just reflects the current boards as-built, but uses the
pin names from the RN4678 instead of the BM70.

Replace BM70 module with RN4678 without fixing circuit

This shows the current TeleBT design 'as built', but with the BM70
module replaced with the RN4678.

To fix this, at least LDO33_O needs to be hooked to VDD_IO (pin 6 to
pin 7).
