Add on-board USB type A male connector
This provides a footprint for a PCB-based USB Type A connector, which
can be used without a shell. Note that this does want to sit on a 2mm
board if possible, but 1.6mm should work fine in most cases.

Make QFNs have square pads by default
Cutting stencils with round pads doesn't work, so just make the pads
square. In theory, this could cause soldering issues, but we've never
seen any trouble.

Update nx3215sa xtal footprint to use suggested land pattern
The package pads are 0.75 x 1.3 mm, but the data sheet suggests a pad
size of 1.0 x 1.8mm to ensure sufficient solder around, I assume.

Add CR32 footprint for sumida inductors. Customize QFN32 for FTDI
CR32 is the sumida series of large SMT wound inductors.
The FTDI footprint has square pads instead of rounded ones; that makes
cutting stencils at PSU a lot easier (it wrecks round pads somehow).
