Add force-boot-loader pins. Fix SPI wiring

Copied from TeleFireTwo. The force-boot pins let you force the board
to come up in the boot loader in case flashing fails. And the bad spi
wiring was copied from TeleFireTwo, so it needs to be fixed here too.
