Rework the usbAmale footprint to use pads near the edge of the board
This places ink on the top of the board to show where the tabs are
going to line up on the edge of the board, and places metal on the
solder side of the board to provide something to attach the tabs to

SOD323 diode footprint needs cathode on pin 2, not pin 1
The cathode marker was a small dot, which could easily get lost, and
it was on the wrong pin. Make it a nice line that is next to pin 2.

Add on-board USB type A male connector
This provides a footprint for a PCB-based USB Type A connector, which
can be used without a shell. Note that this does want to sit on a 2mm
board if possible, but 1.6mm should work fine in most cases.

Make QFNs have square pads by default
Cutting stencils with round pads doesn't work, so just make the pads
square. In theory, this could cause soldering issues, but we've never
seen any trouble.
