tests: flip and adjust mixed test, now that the bug is fixed

* NEWS (Bug fixes): Mention the fix.
* Makefile.am (XFAIL_TESTS): Move tests/mixed from here...
(TESTS): ...to here.
* tests/mixed: Comment out the currently (always?) failing part.
