Switch to Taiwan Semiconductor FET. Set DK part numbers

Taiwan Semi FET footprint didn't have space for a trace
between the pads, so the PCB has been hacked to shrink the
large pads enough to clear.

Switch pyro series resistors to 1k

This limits the current through the comparator to 3.3mA when it fires
to make sure the gate voltage on the FET is low enough.

Move passives around to try and put a bit of mask between them

Without any mask, the components have a tendency to migrate around the
board during reflow. Now they're all separated, although sometimes
that separation is pretty small.

Switch to USB on the debug connector. Sadly, lose the LED.

This also adds current limiting resistors for the USB connection,
because there was plenty of space.

Add serial tx/rx to debug connector

Share tx with LED (will take some SW fun). The connector has GND at
pin 3, which is marked with square copper. The TX/RX pins are on one
side and the SWD pins are on the other. This was dramatically easier
to route than the alternative.

Add xtal for radio

The attempt to use the SoC to generate a reference for the radio
resulted in so much noise that neither receive nor transmit worked
properly.

Increase beeper annular ring to make freedfm happy
