Swap LEDs. Switch to four layers
Switch to TH LEDs, then switch to four layers to improve RF
performance while making layout easier.

These will be brighter, and can easily be remoted to the panel if desired.

Switch USB connector to panel mount
This uses the Bulgin PX0446 'Buccaneer' USB mini connector (available
at Mouser), a panel mount connector that has a plug which goes into a
standard 100mil spacing header, the Sullins PPTC051LFBN-RC.

Add force-boot-loader pins. Fix SPI wiring
Copied from TeleFireTwo. The force-boot pins let you force the board
to come up in the boot loader in case flashing fails. And the bad spi
wiring was copied from TeleFireTwo, so it needs to be fixed here too.
