tweak board dimensions down to match outline

meet minimum silk line dimension on beeper circle

fix soldermask clearance on sma footprint

meet min annular ring dimension spec on mounting holes since they're plated

fix targets so make zip works

connect a spare cc1111 pin to the open pin on the companion connector,
just in case it turns out to be useful somehow.  in the process, shoved
lots of copper around improving the mostly-ground-plane side

add TP2 attached to v_usb so we can experiment with charge currents

cts and rts need to be cross-connected between the cc1111 and the BTM-182

mark the serial pullups as noload, keithp says they probably aren't needed
with vdd_usb connected on the BT part

move bt_link to correct pin as per keithp feedback

resolve switch / sma interference issue by moving switch 50 mils farther out

pcb syncronized with schematic, all parts on board but not placed yet

move the "ground plane" to the "top" of the board since we want all the SMT
parts in this design "down" towards the bottom of the box and all the through
hole "up" towards the lid.  this seems much easier than trying to invert the
board outline.

fix hole size in schematic to match 1551K mounting holes

lock the outline, the bottom poly and boundary vestigal lines, and the holes
clear out the rest of the parts

expand bottom poly to full board size, then clone outline into bottom layer
as a 1-mil-wide vestigal line to use line clearance to shape the bottom side
ground plane to uniformly cover inside the board outline with some margin

holes moved to the right places for maximum size 1551K board outline

outline now matches Hammond max PCB size for 1551K box

Outline and hole positions right for board that is 2mm smaller in both
axes than max for 1551K box.  Not satisfied, though, as the PCB mounting
holes land very close to the edge of the board this way.  Must re-evaluate
outline before proceeding!
